We are seeking a capable, people‐focused Site Manager to oversee operations and support continuous development across the village.
The Role
This FIFO leadership role oversees all day‐to‐day facility operations across hospitality, accommodation, presentation, and facilities.
You will manage:
* Housekeeping, catering, bar, and guest services
* Site presentation and resident engagement
* Maintenance, essential services, and asset management
* Infrastructure and contractors
* Rosters, onboarding, training, and team performance
* Cost control, procurement, stock, and reporting
* Compliance across WHS, food safety, and site security
* During your swing, you'll stay in your own private, modern, fully furnished 1‐bedroom manager's residence, exclusive to this role.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in managing a village, hotel, resort, or similar operation
* Strong in hospitality service and guest experience
* Confident leading and motivating multi‐disciplinary teams
* Practical, hands‐on, and solutions‐driven
* Skilled in facilities, maintenance, and contractor management
* Commercially aware with solid budgeting skills
* Calm, organised, and capable in fast‐moving environments
* FIFO experience is welcomed but not essential.
