If you are born before 1966, MMR is not required to be provided. However, if born before 1966 and partial evidence of MMR is provided, then all of it needs to be provided. -Varicella – serology positive IgG result or evidence of two doses of the vaccine as per schedule -Hepatitis B - serology (titre level >10) or Hep B vaccinations (x3 injections) as per schedule -Pertussis – evidence of one adult dose from within the last 10 years of vaccination given.
