Key Responsibilities
Manage daily 3PL operations to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Oversee inbound receipting and maintain accurate records in the WMS.
Handle order variances, stock counts, reconciliation, and annual stock take.
Maintain the Inventory Item Master and related administration.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance KPIs monthly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and document 3PL meetings.
Negotiate international freight rates and coordinate imports via nominated freight forwarders.
Approve invoices and manage cost control reporting.
Assist with 3PL contract negotiations and annual warehousing/freight budgeting.
About You
5+ years' experience managing warehouses and 3PL operations.
Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications and strong understanding of warehousing best practices.
Experienced with customer routing guidelines, delivery processes, and TMS programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
This excludes permanent and fixed-term roles.
