We're advancing the Speewah Fluorite Project in the East Kimberley in Joint Venture with Sumitomo Corporation, progressing the newly acquired Molyhil Tungsten–Molybdenum Project and the adjacent Sandover Fluorite Project in Central Australia. Deliverables – Technical & Operational
Identify and assess high-potential exploration targets by conducting comprehensive geological assessments.
Create detailed 3D plans of drill programs designed to test for mineralization and increase resource confidence to de-risk future mining.
Analyze geological data, core samples, and assay results to inform drilling programs and exploration strategies.
Supervise and mentor junior geologists and exploration teams, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Utilize geological software and data analysis tools to interpret and model geological data.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on exploration findings and present to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Work collaboratively with and provide information to the project team.
Experience
Degree in Geology, Geoscience, or relevant discipline.
5+ years experience in exploration. Mining experience is also desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced computer literacy skills.
Highly proficient in mining and geology software packages such as Leapfrog and MX Deposit.
Experience in planning, designing, and executing exploration programs.
Strong QA/QC reporting skills.
Demonstrated experience in contractor management.
Familiarity with WA workplace safety and environmental regulations desirable.
Manual driver's license.
Current First aid qualification.
This role is based in Darwin, on a 15:13 or 8:6 roster during the field season, with travel to Tivan Project Sites on company time. For further information and company profile, please visit:
