A strategic role has become available in a leading Property Developer to oversee the human resources process and support the Employee Lifecycle.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and embodying the organisational culture and values, ensuring they are visible, embedded, and upheld.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve recruitment goals and objectives
- Design and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for internal employees
- Ensure best practice methods and processes relate to recruitment requirements
- Review and implement policies and procedures
- Liaise with recruitment consultants
- Provide training to internal staff on HR issues to minimise legal and compliance risks
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role required
- Experience in legal/compliance highly regarded
- ELC, L&D and managerial experience advantageous
- Driven and passionate professional
- Ability to solve problems and remain focused under pressure
- Prioritise and execute tasks efficiently
- Maintain a polished presentation
