Senior Associate - Public Liability
Overview
Our Melbourne office has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our General Insurance practice. This role will involve handling coronial inquiries and public liability claims for government departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling coronial inquiries and public liability claims for government departments and clients
* Advising on and managing a diverse portfolio of claims for insurers, underwriters, and self-insured corporations
* Working closely with a highly regarded Partner and team of lawyers to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
* Minimum of five years of post-admission experience in defendant litigation
* Experience advising government or public entities in personal injury matters or coronial inquests
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
