YOUR NEW ROLE
As an Executive Team Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic leadership team. In this diverse and fast-paced position, you'll provide high-level executive, administrative, and research support to assigned Directors and occasionally other senior executives, helping drive the delivery of strategic initiatives and portfolio goals. ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong diary and workflow management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and stakeholder demands.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships professionally and diplomatically.
* Skilled in preparing accurate and high-quality business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment, discretion, and initiative while maintaining confidentiality.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a proactive, calm, and flexible approach to multitasking.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems (e.g., records management and invoice processing software such as Content Manager).
