Key Responsibilities:
* Working on energy performance upgrade projects.
* Taking responsibility for the commercial control of contracts, bids, and processes.
* Identifying risks, liabilities, and commitments in contractual agreements and ensuring the business understands potential impacts.
* Protecting the commercial interests of the delivery team at all times.
* Leading, mentoring, and managing staff within the team.
* Estimating and implementing effective cost-control mechanisms.
* Managing sub-contract processes: enquiry, draft, measurement, valuation, and payment.
* Leading project procurement.
* Providing timely, high-quality management reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership.
* Offering commercial support to other business departments.
* Handling day-to-day commercial and sub-contract administration issues.
