egal Templates Coordinator
to lead a national project focused on reviewing and enhancing legal and corporate templates. This role is pivotal in improving knowledge management systems and ensuring high-quality resources that support critical operations.
Salary:
$94, % superannuation | APS6
Contract:
initial 12 week contract with view to extend
Hours:
Fulltime | Hybrid
Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.

About the Role
You will:
* Optimise and standardise Microsoft Word templates in line with style and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
* Lead a multidisciplinary working group and manage project documentation.
* Apply advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office, VBA, and XML to ensure templates are accessible, secure, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and update priority templates, including macros and content controls.
* Identify and consolidate duplicate templates across jurisdictions.
* Provide training and technical documentation for custom solutions.
* Report on progress against project deliverables and contribute to broader organisational objectives.
What We're Looking For
* Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including styles, templates, macros, and content controls.
* Proficiency in VBA and XML for custom UI development.
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
* Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
Desirable:
Familiarity with legal templates and/or criminal legal procedure.
