We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent school leaver to join our SA operations as a Business Administration Trainee. This 12-month fixed term opportunity is designed to help you gain practical experience while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.
To be considered, you must be based in or currently living in the Roxby Downs area.
About the Opportunity
This traineeship is an excellent pathway to kick-start your career in administration. You'll provide day-to-day support across our operations, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and develop essential professional skills in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support across the SA Depot
• Assist with documentation, data entry and reporting
• Maintain systems, databases and records
• Support payroll, compliance, training and operational functions
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes and follow up actions
• Contribute to a positive safety culture
• Complete all training and study requirements on time
What We're Looking For
• A recent school leaver seeking a meaningful start to their career
• Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Commitment to completing the Certificate III qualification
• Must live in the Roxby Downs region
