Job Description
We are expanding our senior clinical team and seek an experienced Occupational Therapist who can provide clinical support to our junior and graduate clinicians.
The successful candidate may be based at any of our four clinic locations—Bowral, Campbelltown, Goulburn, or Brisbane (Chermside)—and will be expected to spend at least 2-3 days per week in clinics, traveling between locations to support our team members in person.
Additionally, you will:
1. Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
2. Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning through clinical observations and standardized assessments
3. Interpret findings to set tailored treatment goals
4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
5. Support and advise on environmental adaptations at home, school, work, and residential settings
6. Recommend Assistive Technology to help clients overcome functional limitations and promote independence

About you
* Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally with diverse clients
* Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
* Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications
* Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
