Provide outstanding in-store customer service to Telstra customers
Identify products and services that meet customers' needs and transform their telecommunications experience
Build connections with a variety of new and existing customers
Develop customised solutions for customers
Drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Learn and grow within the role and beyond
Maintain a positive and resilient approach to customer service in a busy environment
Qualifications / What we're looking for
