What Will You Do?
* Identifying, locating, and recommending parts for customers and technicians
* Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
* Courteous handling of both face to face & telephone enquiries
* Follow-up and resolve customer requests and issues
* Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
* Keeping sales records updated
* Receive and process all monies when applicable

* Experience in a parts environment (preferred but not essential) – apprentice opportunities available
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Enjoys building positive relationships and being part of a team
* Motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment
* Ability to work under pressure
* Working knowledge with computers
