About the role
We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainee Medical Receptionist.
You can be a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce, or simply wishing to change careers.
This role would be suitable for someone who is looking for an entry-level position in administration.
Your duties
Opening and closing clinic
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Operating booking system
Patient billing and receipting
Liaising with practitioners regarding appointments, patient reports and documents
Scanning documents and data entry
Cleaning of clinic
