Human Resources Officer Role
Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual eager to develop your Human Resources experience? We have a wide range of tasks including preparing HR documents, maintaining records, recruitment and onboarding, coordinating compliance checks and supporting various HR initiatives.
Job Description
The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen-eyed, quick-learning, and brings a can-do attitude. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including document preparation, record management, recruitment, and support for HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Cert IV in Human Resources or relevant experience in HR and administration desirable
* Knowledge of awards, Enterprise Agreements & Fair Work legislation required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps including Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint necessary
