We are requiring a full-time receptionist to join our team at Norman & Kingston Solicitors in Toogoolawah.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves the support of daily operations of our firm. As the first point of contact of our firm, you will work with the team to ensure seamless front-desk operations.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming clients and visitors
* Managing and directing incoming calls and emails and directing enquiries
* Handling initial enquiries from new clients
* Scheduling appointments and diary management
* Maintaining office presentation, including reception and waiting areas
* Administrative tasks such as filing, copying and data entry
* Preparation of correspondence and legal documents
* Safe custody management
* Performing general administrative and secretarial duties (scanning, photocopying, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Exceptional client service and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
