This role involves managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings, answering calls promptly and in a courteous manner, handling multiple queries at once in a compassionate and professional manner, attending to general enquiries and providing assistance where possible.

* Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone.

* Providing solutions to client queries and referring them to other resources when needed.
* Working collaboratively within a small administrative team.
Requirements
This position requires previous experience in a client services environment, a Certificate III in Business Administration or above, advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
