Service Delivery Coordinator
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a vital Defence support role in Cairns.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for service delivery. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, checking, and acquitting stores under supervision, packing stock and preparing it for despatch, assisting customers with kit issues, inspecting and accepting returned items, and performing manual handling using various methods.
Key Requirements:
* Defence background or Navy knowledge highly regarded
* Experience in ERP systems, warehouse operations, or customer service
* Valid Driver's Licence and own transport
* Strong computer proficiency
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
* Ability to work effectively in a team and customer-focused environment
