The Opportunity We’re looking for a Software Engineer who can take ownership of features from specification through production, across the full stack. You’ll work across front-end, API, and database layers, contributing to a product that’s used globally by industrial customers. This is not a role for specialists in only one area - we need engineers who are comfortable working across React, .NET APIs, and relational databases, and who want to continue expanding their skill set. You’ll be part of a small, fast-growing team where collaboration and communication are essential. We value engineers who ask questions, surface problems early, and work with the team to find solutions; we move fast, and clarity prevents costly mistakes. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework), React, and relational databases (Postgres / SQL Server). Take features from concept and specification all the way to production deployment. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineers. Write clean, maintainable code, and actively participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications. Contribute to improving development processes and tools, helping the team work more effectively. What You Bring Proven experience building real, production-ready systems end-to-end Strong technical skills in: .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core / Entity Framework React Relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server) and experience with ORM tools Designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs A collaborative, communicative approach; you work well with others, ask questions when needed, and escalate issues early to avoid rework. A desire to learn and grow; you’re genuinely curious about the full stack and how systems fit together. Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experienced in source control systems, particularly Git. Optional but valuable: Experience with industrial software is a plus.
