The role:
We are looking for 5x enthusiasticSeasonal Customer Service Agents to join our Customer Service Team, based at our Distribution Centre in Murarrie. From early October until end of January, there will be up to 30 hours per week available, between the hours of 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Sunday.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all City Beach customers, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience no matter what their query
What you'll be doing:
* Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and a positive experience.
* Efficiently direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member to ensure prompt assistance.
* Process and manage online customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Identify, document, and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the Customer Service Manager for prompt resolution.
* Accurately receive, process, and fulfil gift card orders in line with company procedures.
What we're looking for:
* Flexible availability from October until end of January.
* Ability to work up to 30 hours per week between the hours of 6am - 5pm, Monday - Sunday.
* Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Well-developed communication skills.
* Ability to work both under direction and autonomously.
* Competent in MS Word and Excel.
