Commercial Property Manager

About the Role:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including lease administration, maintenance coordination, and tenant/landlord liaison
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and lease terms
* Overseeing financial operations including receipting, disbursements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
* Supporting financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring best practice in property and financial management
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Experience in commercial property management and/or trust account.
* Use of Cirrus 8 is considered a strong advantage.
* A strong understanding of trust account compliance and South Australian property legislation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail, work ethic & genuine drive to achieve.
* Proficiency in property management software Cirrus 8 will be highly regarded.
