Blaze Staffing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our Notting Hill office .

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment operations and helping match candidates to roles across the light industrial sector .
Your typical day may include:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for manufacturing and warehousing roles
* Conducting in-person, video and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
* Managing candidate databases and compliance documentation
* Assisting with rostering, onboarding, and workforce coordination
* Building relationships with job seekers and supporting the wider recruitment team
What We're Looking For
We're not necessarily looking for prior recruitment experience (though it's a bonus if you have it).
What's most important is that you bring:
* A positive attitude and genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of individuals
* Resilience and initiative - you don't give up when things get tough
* Great time management and attention to detail
* Excellent PC skills and technical aptitude
* The ability to work five days a week onsite with our collaborative Notting Hill team
