Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization The mission of the Order Fulfilment team is to ensure transparency, reliability, and efficiency across the order book. This includes optimizing stock availability, ensuring timely and accurate allocations, and managing logistics planning to ensure that orders are delivered in full and on time. Key Responsibilities Order Book Management Maintain and execute the order book in line with customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and product launches.Oversee stock availability and order fulfilment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing, and re-dating.Monitor and maintain order book accuracy, coordinating closely with the Sales Operations team for cleansing and corrections.Set up system rules and collect requirements for all Value Added Services (e.g., SHAS and SHAD). Availability Management Track and prioritize seasonal orders in collaboration with PSI and Inbound teams.Lead Hard Launch processes by identifying supply chain constraints and ensuring timely corrective actions.Balance demand-supply dynamics while achieving inventory efficiency and financial targets.Manage inventory activities, including virtual stock transfers and physical movements in SAP.Monitor and optimize inventory health by managing stock category movements and addressing blocked/QI stock. RFC Management Lead RFC updates, gap analyses, and follow-up action planning to meet fulfilment targets. Allocation Maintain and update outbound lead times and calendars quarterly to support accurate delivery planning.Allocate stock using SAP and relevant systems, through both scheduled batch runs and ad hoc requests. Delivery Note (DN) Management Partner with sales channels to manage DN creation and execution, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. Reporting Own local COTA/OTIF reporting; analyze variances and identify corrective actions as part of Root Cause Analysis.Generate and maintain reports to track order book transparency and on-time delivery performance.Provide operational and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders in the Order Fulfilment process. Projects and Additional Tasks Participate in SAP workshops, upgrades, and go-live activities, including regression testing within the Order Fulfilment scope.
