We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to manage and support a team of Schedulers in our Home Care department.

The role involves providing Scheduling services to all HammondAtHome areas, managing and administering client and staff schedules to ensure rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, fairness, and maintaining care workers contract hours.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Admissions Team, Care Managers and Client Liaison Managers to create schedules that meet the needs of clients and staff whilst meeting the requirements of the Enterprise Agreement.
* Ensure wise use of resources in terms of travel, makeup contract hours, overtime and broken shifts. Roster all education, training, vaccinations and other operational requirements.
* Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre.
* Experience in managing your own direct reports.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
* A natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
