**Due to the momentum and growth, we are seeking to grow our team by appointing Recruitment Consultants specialising in Permanent Placements to join us in our modern South Melbourne office. This opportunity will allow you to assess our current operation and help build strategic plans that increase market visibility, growth in new client acquisitions & building capability in new service offerings.**
**About the role**:
**The roles are to focus on recruiting for permanent positions with a HUGE focus on talent searching, very limited sales required | we have a strong portfolio of clients that we deal with and come to us with vacancies**
- Resourcing experience within the **Construction or Engineering Industry**:
- Account Management - New and existing clients
- Recruitment - Advertising, screening, shortlisting, referring
- A genuine desire to provide effective recruitment and labour solutions
- Ambition to earn high commissions and be successful
- Be able to hit the ground running and work on live roles
- **Strong track record working within the Recruitment Services Industry**:
- **Enthusiastic and eager in building new relationships & acquiring new business**
