Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
* Create engaging and high‑quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Write compelling copy and develop storytelling content aligned with our brand.
* Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
* Maintain brand consistency across all content—tone, messaging, and visual identity.
* Respond to social media inquiries and nurture an active online community.
* Keep up to date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
* Conduct market research to generate fresh content ideas and strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors when required.
* Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and reporting.
About You
You're a creative and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Your equal parts imaginative and strategic—comfortable crafting compelling copy, shooting and editing videos, and building strong online communities.
Essential Requirements
* Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
* Confident in filming and editing short‑form videos (e.g. TikTok, Reels).
* A clear and engaging communication style.
* A solid understanding of brand tone and visual identity.
* Experience with content creation tools and platforms (e.g. Canva, Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.
* Experience using content scheduling tools.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
