The Role
At JD Sports, the customer is at the center of everything. As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will be in an entry-level role that offers growth opportunities in visual merchandising, creating memorable customer experiences through inspiring displays.
Under the guidance of the store management team, you will maintain visual standards, support merchandise layout changes, and execute VM directives and campaigns.
Your responsibilities include:
* Executing VM and creative strategies provided by the Senior Visual Merchandiser to align with brand objectives and drive sales.
* Implementing in-store creative concepts, including window displays and mannequins, to enhance the shopping experience.
* Educating store team members on visual merchandising standards.
* Working with store management to achieve KPIs and targets.

* Previous retail experience, especially in fashion retail.
* A customer-first mindset and passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
* Creativity and eagerness to learn new skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
