About The Role And What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional customer service and unforgettable in-store experiences
* Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures and accessories
* Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
* Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
* Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
* Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience

* Enthusiastic, customer focused team members who live and breathe fishing
* Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
* Knowledge of local fishing spots and species
* Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
