The Role
The Concierge Team Member plays an integral role in the guest experience as you will be our client's customers' first point of contact. The Concierge must meet and greet all visitors to the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and create amazing first impressions by assisting the guests with queries and special requests.
The role is to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
We are looking for an energetic people person who enjoys interacting with customers and the ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our clients and their customers.
This role is based at Pacific Epping Plaza. This is a Fixed Term 3-month position. The roster is Monday & Tuesday 0900-1330.
This position is paid in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award 2020.
Role Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
* Prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality, retail, hotel concierge experience is preferred
* Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
* Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to work on your feet for lengthy periods
* Must have valid work rights in Australia
