Their innovative, high-performance products are trusted by engineers, contractors, and asset owners across a range of sectors, from infrastructure and commercial buildings to industrial facilities and civil works.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join their team and help drive market share in Victoria.
Your new role
* Develop and manage relationships with contractors, engineers, consultants, distributors and industry key opinion leaders.
* Identify new business opportunities and provide technical sales support to existing clients.
* Promote and sell a range of products including crack injection systems, corrosion protection, waterproofing membranes, sealants, and surface repair compounds.
* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
* Prepare quotations, manage sales cycles, and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
* Experience or understanding of concrete repair, structural remediation, or waterproofing systems is a strong advantage.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
* A background in civil engineering, construction, or similar technical field is highly regarded.
