As a Director of Learning and Development, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the careers of early learning professionals and refining their leadership skills. This exciting opportunity is designed for experienced educators who are passionate about creating a thriving business and making a profound impact on children's lives.
You will be at the heart of our leadership team, supporting and developing the teachers and educators in your centre. Your expertise will help build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, or be working towards it. You will also possess experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services. Additionally, you should have experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage and proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
