Client Services Specialist

. This role is based in our
Sydney
office and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office each week.
In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle. Training is provided through online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team and on-the-job learning.
Responsibilities
Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (including report preparation).
Maintains a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthens established relationships.
Adheres to company policies and performance standards.
Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.
What you need to have
High School Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
