About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Shiels Jewellers' team as a Part Time Retail Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall operations of the Joondalup, WA store. This is a part-time position.
What you will be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers
3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintaining store displays and merchandising to company standards
5. Restocking and organising inventory as required
6. Providing a high level of customer service and support
7. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
6. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
