Branch Operations Manager
This leadership position oversees the operational aspects of a retail store, fostering growth and outstanding results. As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading teams to drive sales and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the capabilities of the branch network in terms of sales and operations.
* Manage sales and inventory performance, including aged inventory, stock turns, and debtor arrangements.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a retail strategy, incorporating key sales campaigns and activities.
* Identify new growth opportunities and build relationships with customers and industry partners.
* Oversee branch staffing requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance management.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to support sales staff as needed.
* Drive marketing efforts for branch services and products, participating in campaigns, field days, client nights, and community events.

* Proven experience in leading dynamic sales teams and a strong understanding of the equine, pet, or rural industry.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret and prepare profit and loss reports.
