Duties include:
* Greeting customers and answering phone calls directing customers to the appropriate staff member.
* Working with the sales department and main administration staff to prepare various documents for vehicle sales.
* Assist with preparation of deliveries and complete other ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Work closely with the service department and parts department assisting the sales team.
* Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Be an integral part of a dedicated team who strives to achieve.
* Consistently maintain showroom cleanliness and a safe working environment.
About you:
* Demonstrated administration experience required.
* Proficient technology skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
* Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude.
* Experience with Pentana ERA is an advantage as this role involves using this dealer management system.
* A strong awareness and commitment to health & safety.
* Committed to ensuring a positive customer service experience.
