Hospital Pharmacist Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing Medication as prescribed by doctors.
The pharmacist must be able to accurately interpret prescriptions and prepare medications according to the doctor's instructions.
* Conducting Clinical Activities such as health assessments and treatment planning.
The pharmacist should possess excellent communication skills to provide detailed explanations of treatment options and plans to patients.
* Patient education on medications, treatment options, and healthy living habits,(including smoking cessation). The pharmacist should be well-versed on current research findings related to disease prevention.
