Job Title: Administrative Team Leader


Role Summary

This position presents an exceptional opportunity to oversee and motivate a team of 11 professionals, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

* Lead the receptionist and administrative teams, providing guidance to junior staff members and creating a cohesive team culture across the organization.
* Support billing and audit preparation, and provide backup assistance to accounts as needed.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), billables, and file reviews to drive performance.
* Previous experience as an Office Manager/Practice Manager in a professional services firm (ideally 5+ years).
* Understanding of trust accounting is advantageous.
* Confidence in setting KPIs, managing people performance, and reviewing file procedures is essential.
