About your opportunity: In this position you will * Work collaboratively with headspace services to support a seamless service experience for adolescents and young people (12-25 years) with MHAOD needs referred to headspace services, consistent with a no wrong door policy and providing the right service at the right time. * Provide an important bridge to the broader state health system to improve access and decrease transitional service gaps. * Apply independent professional judgement, based on valid and reliable evidence in a consultation-liaison and clinical in-reach model.
