We are looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients in Perth, Australia.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Change Manager with mining domain experience.
- Experienced with change management processes.
- Ability to work on long term planning and strategy for change.
- Experience with LTE, 4g/5g networks, communications and change management. BA experience a plus.
- Excellent visual communication skills and long term strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients, teams and other stakeholders in technical and non-technical language.
- Business acumen and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
**Mandatory Skills & Qualification**:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Experience of change management for LTE, 4g/5g networks in mining domain.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
