Job Title: Senior SAP HR/Payroll Solutions Expert
The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical advice within the SAP HR Payroll application to ensure seamless integration of component architecture and design.
* Develop a thorough understanding of operational and functional needs to recommend process improvements.
* Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules.
* Assess and communicate change implications, coordinating general project tasks, and providing user assistance.
* Contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios.
* Provide day-to-day system support, including issue resolution, user training, analysis of new functionality requests, and performance monitoring.
About Your Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of technical experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
* Ability to understand customer needs and clearly engage and communicate with them.
* Adherence to IT standards and industry best practices.
* Advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP Payroll HR.
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules is highly regarded.
