Account Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in the APAC Hospitality Sales division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales for hospitality venues based in the APAC market, working closely with merchants to build rapport and provide tailored solutions that add value.

* You will act as a trusted liaison between customers and our organization, understanding their needs and providing solutions that drive growth.
* Your role will involve building trust and rapport with customers, demonstrating active listening skills and focusing on upselling and account growth.
* You will also guide customers through upgrade paths from basic to advanced platforms, showcasing software solutions and ensuring seamless integration.

Your key objectives will include reactive upselling from inbound sales and expanding monthly recurring revenue. You will also contribute to organizational objectives and help build retailer advocacy, increasing empathy and understanding across the company.

* Requirements:
* Experience in account management, sales development or similar roles with a sales quota.
* Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
* Ability to use Salesforce.com and other tools to manage pipelines.
* An entrepreneurial approach, working smarter not harder.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
