Our client is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to help coordinate and deliver essential communication activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage communication materials, including drafting messages and maintaining up-to-date distribution lists.
* Request and gather information from employees across the organisation ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Coordinate and compile completed information into clear and well-structured Word documents or reports.
* Liaise with external printers, ensuring materials are produced to specification and delivered on schedule.
* Submit electronic copies to meet publishing, archiving, and legislative requirements.
* Support general administrative duties and contribute to continuous improvement of communication processes.
