Sharp & Carter are currently partnering with a industrial equipment supplier in their search for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In this position you will play a vital role in driving the organisation's sales and marketing efforts to new heights. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth. The role will work in one of the company's owned stores and manage all Sales & Marketing efforts for that specific retail store while working within a national framework.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
- Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, website content, and online advertising.
- Coordinate and participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and build relationships within the industry.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee merchandising, ticketing and POS material for their company store.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communication with clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally CRM software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
