About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality services including speed waxing (especially Brazilians), laser hair removal, facials, eye enhancements, and body piercing
* Consistently achieving individual and salon KPIs, including service, retail, rebooking, and client retention targets
* Providing expert beauty advice and confidently recommending treatments and products
* Building strong, loyal client relationships
* Working collaboratively within a positive, driven team
What We're Looking For
* Diploma, Cert IV or Cert III in Beauty Therapy
* Strong waxing experience, particularly Brazilians
* Ability and motivation to work towards and achieve KPIs
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong team focus
* Interest in learning body piercing (training provided)
* Must be available for weekend work
* Senior experience preferred with 2 years experience. Motivated therapists at all levels are encouraged to apply
