Commercial Management Opportunity
This role presents an exciting challenge for a seasoned commercial professional to join our organization and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a regional subject matter expert for commercial policies, governance, and standard operating processes, providing expertise to support deal structuring, pricing strategies, and closure.
* Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on commercial and financial implications, providing input and redlines to senior leadership and Legal teams.
* Review contracts to identify commercial and financial risks, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Recognition teams to ensure deal structures align with accounting principles and revenue forecasting requirements.
* Support customer negotiations related to pricing, commercial terms, and contractual structures, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Work with internal stakeholders to profile and track quarterly and annual deal financials, manage governance processes, respond to RFPs and supplier questionnaires, and develop a working understanding of software products and solutions.
Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of commercial management, deal desk, finance, accounting, or contractual roles, as well as experience supporting complex deal structures in a software, SaaS, or technology environment. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline is required, along with 10+ years of relevant experience.
