**About the Role** 
Our client is currently seeking a bubbly and enthusiastic Project Administration Officer to join their team in Holsworthy. It is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend. 
Working within the Infrastructure and Place Division, you will be required to provide effective and efficient project and administration support to Project Managers in administering their project portfolios 
**Responsibilities** 
- Deliver high level qualified customer service 
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses 
- Inbox management, generating correspondence 
- Complete diary and travel management 
- Schedule and coordinate meetings 
- Preparation of documentation and presentation material 
- Track, monitor and report on project scope, budget, status updates, milestones and deliverables 
- Conduct research and analysis, identifying trends and issues 
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes 
- Generating detailed reports to provide status updates and insights to management 
- Complete financial administrative duties including invoices, purchase orders and goods receipting 
- Manage and maintain Section Audit Schedule and register, CAR/Improvement register and Customer Relations register 
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality 
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements 
**About You** 
- Demonstrated Project, Business or Administration support experience 
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite and SAP 
- Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines 
**Requirements**: 
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in Holsworthy 
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
