Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Provide specialist advice and technical expertise on workforce initiatives
- Perform research, analysis, and prepare draft reports, business cases, and executive briefs
- Monitor project budgets, assist with procurement, and manage risks, issues, and benefits
- Contribute to project quality management and deliverables
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government audiences
Essential Criteria
- High performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Project management and workforce consultation support
- Research, report, and brief preparation
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a government department, agency, or public sector
- Understanding of disability, health, allied health, or related sectors
