We are seeking to establish a pool of Teacher – Science - Biology for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants will be motivated teachers, with strong knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and a repertoire of engaging teaching strategies. Experience and knowledge in Year 11 and 12 Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) Biology are advantageous. Applicants should be reflective practitioners with data literacy skills and the ability to adapt practices to meet student needs. Experience with innovative classroom practices and integration of information technology into the curriculum is highly regarded. Applicants will contribute to developing, reviewing and delivering the science curriculum to ATAR level and engage in 21st Century learning practices, sharing these with colleagues. They should strive to create a supportive and safe learning environment that enables all students to reach their potential.
The College has a new STEM facility; the ability to develop and implement innovative classroom practices related to STEM will be highly regarded.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start
