Job Title: Corporate Concierge

* We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Concierge to manage front of house services, including meeting room bookings, catering requests, and concierge supplies.
* The successful candidate will handle courier requests, deliveries, and mail distribution efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
* Support events with layout, setup, and breakdown activities, guaranteeing a smooth and memorable experience for all guests.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including building inductions and access card management, to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory of office supplies/uniform, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.
* Implement and communicate emergency procedures, ensuring all team members and guests are informed and prepared.
* Provide administrative support, using technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks and processes efficiently.
