* Change Management Support: Assist in delivering communications and engagement materials to support people-related change initiatives.
* Collaboration: Partner closely with the People Programs Manager, HR Business Partners, and other team members to ensure alignment and synergy across initiatives.

Key Requirements:

* Adaptable and versatile, able to shift focus as priorities evolve and willing to take initiative to get things done.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems or survey platforms is a plus.
* A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Desirable Skills:

* Understanding of local Inclusion and Diversity landscape and early career partners.
* Familiarity with employee engagement surveys and/or recognition platforms.
